How to increase metabolism rate permanently

Metabolism has become a popular "buzz word" in the media in the last couple of years with the increased awareness of supplements that focus heavily on thermogenics - the process of heat production within the body; the term is commonly applied to drugs that increase heat through metabolic stimulation. In simplest terms, it's elements that stimulate the metabolism. Foods, beverages, supplements, and drugs all can have an impact on our overall metabolic rate.

If we simply look up quick tips on how to improve the rate of our metabolism, typically with the desire to help burn stored body fat, we will find on Google or Bing blogs that show us a list of strategies we can do daily. This can range anywhere from simply drinking cold water to performing daily HIIT workouts - High-Intensity Interval Training. However, none of these strategies, as simple as they are, are NOT long-term solutions, and I believe this is why obesity rates continue to go up and people still struggle to achieve positive health results.

These long-term solutions are what I and guest Nutrition Coach, Haylee Colannino from Tailored Coaching Method, discuss so our communities can finally stop struggling with their weight and finally feel empowered.
