I know what it feels like to be stuck. Years ago, I was overweight, tired, and unhappy with where my life was headed.

After losing nearly 70 lbs and rebuilding my health, I became a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach so I could help others avoid the same struggles.

Over 13 years later, Taz Fitness and Nutrition exists to give busy parents the tools, coaching, and support to finally feel proud of their health and confident in their own skin.
